10th Annual COVID Protocols

10th Annual Event COVID PROTOCOLS

Based upon consultation with medical professionals and following the updated CDC recommendations, the 10th Annual Teddy Bear Party have set the following requirements relating to COVID and attendance to the event on December 11, 2021.



  • For guests who are not fully vaccinated, proof of a negative COVID test will be required with a picture ID.

  • The test needs to be administered no earlier than Thursday, December 9th.



  • Proof of vaccination will be required for entry to the event.

  • A vaccination card and picture ID are required to be shown at check-in.

  • Guests who have been completely vaccinated (all shots plus 14 days) are exempt from COVID testing.
